New welding technology reduces weight 5% Schmitz Launches New Trailer heavy-duty rollover Trailer

On June 12, 2016, the overseas truck media Commercial Motor reported that Schmitz, a famous German Trailer manufacturer, introduced a new Cargobull lightweight Trailer in the UK with a new welding process for its floor.

According to the introduction, the new trailer uses MF6 multi-functional floor, this floor is welded together by thick aluminum plate extrusion friction, higher strength and weight loss than the traditional aluminum alloy floor 5%.

The design of the car has been certified by TUV and has a vertical locking bar for fixing pallets and barreled cargo. The noise level accords with the Holland PIEK standard and the surface is easy to clean.

The reverse technology of the modified technology shows the use rate of skeleton cars in China.
